Family Plan Guidelines

• Primary Member is $24.99/ month plus tax
• Additional Members are $19.99/ month plus tax
• All Family Plan Members must have the same address
• The entire Family Plan monthly charge must be billed to the same credit/ debit card in a single transaction each month
• If an account is set up with multiple members, and all but one of the members cancels, the remaining member will become primary at $24.99/ month
